My skin is amazingly beautiful... even though I know I have ways to go. Huge change for me. I tell you Janet I have tried so many treatments and products in the past. So, I have become greatly discouraged over the years... thinking I just needed to accept it. I have been to doctors, dermatologists, and aestheticians. Usually, products would make my face raw and inflamed and breakout even more. Or some regimes would work somewhat to reduce the acne although completely dry my face out and so on.
I am really liking the results so far, need to continue treatments. Thank you so much for taking me on this path health & beauty.

I first started seeing Janet Cook for treatment for an ongoing hip problem that had not gotten any relief from with conventional western medicine.  Within 5 treatments I was able to walk without any pain and able to play hockey also pain free.  When I was having treatment, I mentioned to Janet that I was scheduled for surgery for a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. I had gone nearly 3 months without having complete nights sleep due to the pain in my shoulder when I was lying down. Her treatments on my shoulder not only relieved the pain in my shoulder but allowed me to get a full night’s sleep.  

Prior to my surgery I also had to pre-op acupuncture treatments with Janet.  I firmly believe that her treatments resulted in a much quicker recovery and almost pain free surgery. I was out of the sling within 4 days and had 95% mobility within 4 weeks of the surgery. After the surgery I was prescribed a potent pain killer, I believe that because of the pre-op treatments with Janet I did not require a single dose of the pain killer. I am over 60 years old and have been very reluctant in the past to try anything non-traditional, I however am now completely convinced that acupuncture is a reliable alternative treatment option.
